UTU Digital Services does not offer support for personal devices (computers, network equipment, programs etc.). The support is strictly limited to correcting faults relating to the network. If you have problems with your own equipment, you need to seek support from a third party, like for example Citizen’s Helpdesk, which is free of charge.
Problems and questions concerning Student Village Network connection, can be sent to netmaster@yok.fi. Emails are processed in arrival order and are read on weekdays during normal office hours. During the busiest seasons there might be some delay on message replies, please be patient.
